HUGE molar coming through and these are the symptoms:

chronic clear, watery runny nose (one sided on same nostril side as tooth coming through)

irritated red skin between upper lip and nose

increased urination/poop

irritable (on and off)

 

-I'm thinking homeopathic Chamomilla but I'm really not sure.....it was so obvious when he was an infant. The chronic drippy nose is new to me but I'm 95% sure it's the teeth
