DS1 has been picking and chewing on his fingers and toes until they bleed.  Bandaging helps prevent further picking, but is impractical long-term.  He has plenty of other stims and impulses, too.  I'm just wondering if others have tried natural or herbal remedies, such as St. John's Wort, for these types of behaviors and how it worked out for your family.  Candex reduces his behaviors significantly, but it's still a problem.  Ideas?
