A friend of a friend's ex-bf (he's on the birth cert) took her 4 yr old for the wkend and won't bring him back. They have no custody order, and she's hitting brick walls everywhere trying to file charges or report him kidnapped.

She's in Louisville, KY, and going out of her mind trying to get her son back. Any help/advice would be helpful.
