Sorry if this has already been shared, I searched and did not see it. I was looking at FDA citations for work, and I came across where Medela Inc was issued a public warning letter in Feb. 2011.

It involves defective pumps which could cause injury/fire damage, and Medela not abiding by the agreed upon plan to address the known manufacturing issues despite promising they would. They continued doing what they said they would not do, till the FDA came back and again found they had not made corrections.
I was disappointed to read this :(
