Can I have a tether anchor installed in the 3rd row, left outboard of my Sienna?

I asked a car seat tech friend and she said she would try to get more info for me, but in the meantime, I thought I'd see if anyone here knew the answer...

I have a 2007 Sienna, 8 passenger. It has tether anchors for every seat except for the driver's side third row (left outboard.) I want to put my two Regents in the third row but can't fit them right next to each other.

Anyone know if I can have one installed? I'm also curious why there isn't one there already...

No.  If a vehicle already has factory-installed anchors, you cannot get any more installed.  There are no more approved anchor points.
