Natural/Eco-friendly/Crunchy children's stores in Paris?

We will be in Paris for about 2 weeks this summer (visiting my in-laws).  I'm leaving the cloth diapers at home and will be buying disposables when I get there.  Any ideas about where to buy relatively "green" baby/kid products in Paris?  I'd like to get chlorine-free (at the very least) disposable diapers, and it would be nice if I knew where to get the kind of sunscreen and other baby products that I find at my local co-op or Whole Foods (just in case I run out of something while there, or need something unexpectedly).

Thoughts?

Thanks!

I don't live there but you can try a biocoop shop 66 boulevard de Sebastopol in the 3è arrondissement

not too far away from the Eiffel tower you have another location at 44 boulevard de Grenelle, in the 15è arrondissement

hope that Parisians will suggest other stores and locations ....

I think that for the equivalent of a Whole food shop you would ask for "un magasin bio /de produits biologiques" .... where are you staying ? ask if they have a paper copy of the yellow pages & you can select locations depending on where in Paris you are located or which touristy place you'll be visiting on that day ....

in the first arrondissement you have Naturalia which seems to be open on Sun morning as well

11 rue Montorgueil

I don't live in Paris but near Germany where there are plenty of these types of products. These were my favorite "green" (or otherwise) diapers, which I only had to drive across the Rhine to buy. Not an option from Paris! I looked them up and they are sold in France.

Here's a site selling them. You can hunt around to see if there's a better price.

Have your in-laws order on line and have it sent to where you're staying. Save yourself hunting them down and not having enough in stock, etc.

Thanks for the ideas, folks!

We'll be in a hotel near La Villette park for a few nights, then staying with family just outside the NE part of the city (postal code 93120).

couldn't find much for La Courneuve (not sure how far the local options are ... transportation in the suburbs is not so easy !)

here are the 3 nearest addresses I found for La Villette (bear in mind, I'm not a local, this is just an internet search + most of them are closed Mon as well as Sun, although Bio Generation seems to be open on Mon according to their website ....)

- Canal Bio, 46 bis quai de la Loire, nearest metro Laumière

- Bio Generation, 30 avenue de Flandre, nearest metro Stalingrad

- Naturalia, 59 rue de Meaux, nearest metro Jaures or Bolivar

hope you have a nice time during your holidays !
