You don't. No parent takes kindly to another person telling them what is wrong with their kids' behavior, why it is wrong, or how they ought to fix it.

 

Stay out of it. When you are in conversations with her, stick with simple statements. "That wasn't very kind" is about as harsh as I ever get with other people's children.
