Nursing is hard work...

This was at a couple days old, I had two gashes on either nipple, was bleeding a LOT, in serious pain from a nasty second degree tear, and all I see is joy on my face. Oxytocin is a cool cool thing...

Stuck at the DMV for 2 hours...how do bottle feeding moms do it?

Jacob at almost 22 months.

I am so sick and tired of people making breastfeeding out to be something ugly. I wish that I could be there in person for the FB Nurse-In.

Yay! I love sweet little breastfeeding babies!

The top one  is my youngest daughter at about 5 months and the bottom one is my youngest son at about 13 months. Sadly I don't have any pics of me nursing my oldest son. I don't know why, I guess we just didn't think about it. So word to the wise... take pics of your baby nursing (like I really need to tell you ladies) it is a precious, beautiful thing that only lasts for a little while.
