Summer plans deadline?

I want to be as reasonable as possible but I need sbx to tell me which week he wants the children so I can make my plans for day camps etc. What date are you giving your sb/ex for passing on this info? I want to say by the end of this mointh so I can plan and save for the best daycamps and book them before they fill up. Is that unreasonable?

Isn't it fairly typical to have it in the visitation/custody agreement that the NCP has until 30 days before school lets out to request/declare a particular summer vacation time with the kids?  I've also seen, around here, people mentioning April 30th deadlines.

Our agreement says we each get 2 weeks of uninterrupted time with the kids each summer. He gets to pick first and has to tell me his dates by April 1. Then I have until April 21 to tell him my dates.

We agreed to 2 months notice and next year to decide by 4/30
