Hey Mommahhh
Been there... got the T-shirt... :P
Unfortunately in that situation the only meds that really seem to work are those that make you sleepy (not an option when trying to work).
My advice is:
1 - Talk to your friends/family and make sure they know what is going on with you. Just having that sounding board is a huge help, and they worry less if they have some idea of what is happening.
2 - HEALTH IS EVERYTHING - Regardless of how dire finances get, you always need to remember that it is not going to be worth anything if you end up croaking or in hospital.
3 - Detox - There are plenty of different detoxes you can undertake to help flush any garbage from your system. 2-3 days of water and 100% healthly/light eating can make you feel like a new person.
4 - Exercise - Get outside and go for a walk - if you are too busy "make time" - grab a stroller and just get that fresh air.
5 - Talk with your GP - Even if you do not end up taking medication they can make sure there are no hormonal imbalances or other more serious causes.
Above all else - if you are feeling out of control and not sure that you will be making good decisions - don't! When in doubt run it through a friend or family member first.
I hope that helps :)
