Help me start a cloth diapering stash for my SIL

My SIL has decided she wants to CD so I'm buying her a starting stash.  She has no dryer so it has to be line drying friendly but I also want to make it as user friendly as possible.  I'm a flat fan but I know a lot of other people aren't ;) .. I also want to include different types of diapers to help her figure out what she likes / doesn't like so she can go ahead and get what works for them as the baby gets older.  I think it must be sufficient to CD a newborn though without her buying a bunch of additional stuff.

So I have already for her from my stash:

6 small birdseye cotton flats (from GMD)

1 small WAHM pocket diaper off of Etsy (it fits kind of funny though)

1 small muttaquin fitted diaper with dual snap in liner

2 medium WAHM fitted diapers (one of which will take forever to line dry, but hey, I'm not using it ...)

I'm going to make for her:

2 newborn wool cover from Katrina's soaker pattern made by me

2 small "

2 medium "

5-6 newborn fitted diapers from the free Darlin Diapers newborn pattern made by me (from pieces I cut to make dipes for my babe and never got around to it .. lol)

I'm probably going to buy for her:

1-2 dozen small birdseye cotton flats from GMD

1 bottle diaper lotion potion

2 dozen double sided cloth wipes

1 bottle eucalan

1 large pail liner

1 three pack snappis

4 diaper pins

The real questions I have is to go with sized PUL diaper covers (I was thinking 2 newborn Litewraps and 2 Bummis size small) or maybe some Grovia shells.  If I get Grovia shells, she can use them like a regular cover but I can also get the snap in soakers and it would be really user friendly like an AIO.  But I don't know how friendly the soakers would be for line drying.

I was also thinking of getting a couple of workhorse size small diapers and maybe a couple of pocket diapers though I don't want to spend a fortune and a single pocket diaper is almost as much as a dozen flats.  What do you think?

And am I missing anything?

If you have the ability to attach snaps or velcro, the Rita's Rump Pocket Pattern dries easily and goes well with flats. They also go pretty nicely with any cover.
