Tomato Plants are Losing Color

Starting at the tips of the leaves. they are NOT yellowing, which is a whole other issue. they are losing their green pigment which is in my thinking primarily not enough light right?

I have been battling trying to get my plants enough light ever since they have gotten bigger and I transplanted them out from under the grow lights.

It is hard in this house to keep them in light all day because of window placements and it is only the past couple days it has been warm enough to stick them outside.

So is it just lack of light, or a nutrient deficiency as well?

My seedlings are still a little small for it this year but last spring whenever they started to look a little 'peaky' I gave them a spritz of watered down fish emulsion fertilizer. They would turn a nice, healthy green afterwards. :)

I love the fish emulsion! I use it pretty regularly...This is just weird, it is only a few of the plants and it is literally like the chlorophyll is just being sucked out of them leaving the leaves thin and milky whitish..

Loosing their pigment, like turning white?  they may be sunburned from being put outside without hardening off.

yup like turning white, but they started turning before i began putting them out, they are being hardened off...

I think that their pots are too small and the nutrients are just gone from the soil....I hope that is it.
