I know this has been done before, but I need a refresher and I seem to be too braindead to research anything effectively right now.

What foods are the best for supporting a healthy immune system. DS2 is currently on his third (lifetime) course of antibiotics. This is so weird to me. DS1 has been on them twice, and is 18. DD1 hasn't ever been on them, and is almost 8. DD2 hasn't ever been on them (mind you, she's still really young). DH hasn't ever been on them. I've been on them far too many times, but I know many of the contributing factors to that, and it has been a while. DS2 isn't even six yet. He just seems to get sick at the drop of a hat, and I'm thinking his diet is part of it. (Mind you, his siblings eat in a fairly similar fashion - ds2 just seems to get hammered by every bug that comes around. We almost all have this, but nobody has been in even close to as bad shape as ds2.)
