Oh yeah. It's definitely still a BFP. I restrained myself and have not tested today (yet, lol) but here is yesterday's test, at 13 DPO.

EEKK!  I use the same internet cheapies, so I can recognize your's from anywhere, but I never see even a hint of a line!  Congrats on your BFP sticking!!!!!!! So exciting!

Jumping in to join. My period started on March 21 and I am on CD29/10 DPO. My boobs are sore and feel like they are squeezing out of my bra and all food tastes so bland to me. All I want to eat is really salty pizza and really sweet regular coke. (Coke has been my earliest cravings for both of my pregnancies.) I am not feeling particularly hopeful this month although I should because we had sex 3 times within the 2 days that I ovulated. My period should start in another 6 days. I really don't even feel motivated to test because I feel like if I POAS it will be negative for sure.  *I have a 16 day LP* I wish I didn't feel so blah about this month. I should be really hopeful...

YAY HARMONY! Congratulations!!! :) So happy for you!  I use the same internet cheapies, too :)

This morning FF changed my O up one day from CD18 to 19...  I input a 3rd day in a row of 97.2 and it changed it.

Can someone please look at my chart and possibly tell me why?

CD 19 might make sense as last cycle I O'd around CD20, so if this is true, I'm still in the clear.

Thanks in advance for your interpretations.  Ohhh the tww is just so much fun.wink1.gif

Congrats to all the mamas with BFPs and ((( hugs ))) to all who are slogging through the 2ww!

Usually a lurker but jumping in to put a question out there for you wise women... would you consider a positive test strip a BFP if the whole strip had fallen into the cup of pee? I figured I had ruined it and was going to throw it out but then saw it had turned positive. Light but definitely without question positive. Using internet cheapies, have never had an evap with this brand. I'm either 11dpo or 13dpo (FF thinks 11).

My theory is that having the test strip fall into the cup caused the dye from the control line to somehow transfer over to the test line.  A second test dipped the regulation 3 seconds looks negative but with a possible ghost line. I guess only time will tell.  Thoughts?

Karen28, your chart looks great!  It looks like you DTD when needed, good luck!

LitMama, I would consider that positive, only because I NEVER see any evaps or any false positives on my tests.  Did you get a BFP since then?

Thanks for your input, firsttimettc. I did get 3 more positives after that, so I'm sure it was the real deal (and I reminded myself that I've also never had a false positive... even the faintest positives always turn out to be BFPs). But, AF started today, so it was clearly a chemical pg. Well, onward and upward! Sending fertile wishes and good vibes your way...

I'm so sorry, LitMama.. :(

I'm trying so hard this month NOT to symptom spot...  Which has been fairly easy because I barely even have any symptoms!... 9 dpo and all I have is the typical super sore bbs.  I know they say "Oh, it's still early!"... and I know it is, but we couldn't have done anything better this month.  I mean, we were spot-on with everything.  Hoping the temps stay up! shy.gif

BTW, funny thing happened tonight... and I'm attributing this to really bad PMS... I made veggie burgers for DH and I for dinner tonight, I spent a good amount of time cutting up toppings he and I both like (onions, tomatoes, avacado, spinach), and when I was done cooking, he came downstairs and prepared his burger and he chose to have no toppings. And I CRIED. bawling.gif  OMG, lol :):)

And..today I'm 10 dpo, BFN with fmu.  I'm feeling out, which makes me even more emotional because we were so "on" this month. :(

Sorry Karen28, there's still a chance though!  But I know how you feel, when I see that others get their BFPs from 9dpo and on, I always get discouraged with my early BFN.  You crying over the burger toppings sounds like something I would do! haha.  Stay strong!  (I need to believe this myself!)

Question for you ladies!

First, I'm in my 4th cycle of ttc, but only in my 2nd of actually charting and knowing when I ovulated... so, really just two cycles of having a better chance of conceiving.  I'm pretty sure I'm out this month since I can feel AF on her way (due on Sat, today is Thurs).

DH and I are both in very good health, but do you think it is too soon for us to talk to a doc and run some tests?  I'm hoping the answer is "yes, probably to soon".  But, I just don't know.

It's frustrating when you know there is absolutely nothing more you could have done in your cycle to conceive and you still end up with the BFNs.

What do you ladies think?  Thanks!

hey all-- jumping in! My hubby and I have finally decided to TTC after failing for 6 months after our wedding in 2009. Took time off to focus on our health and happiness and are now in a great spot to try again! This is our first cycle trying, AF came April 5th, I usually have the normal 28 day cycle although I've been on BC for so long on and off over the years that I'm not 100% sure (I'm 26). I figure if we don't conceive this month then I will use my data to better figure out my cycle, start charting, etc. AF was the usual 4 days, online ovulation predicted I ovulate on the 18th but would be fertile the few days before also. I can usually tell when I ovulate, I get crampy on just one side (the side the egg came from), eggwhite like CM, etc. To be better prepared, we tried on 4/10, 4/12 then 4/15-19! I am hoping that covers my grounds since sperm can live from 3-5 days in the uterus but if I somehow ovulated late (based on cramps and CM I do not believe so) then I might not have covered late enough, we'll see! I have been having very unusual symptoms since TTC and ovulation. I got motion sickness on both our plane ride on vacay and in the car. I didn't get sick on our very wavy boat ride so if it was purely motion sickness, I would have bet money on getting sick then also! I have had bad indigestion and gas (lots of burping and weird noises from my stomach), I feel like I'm sick if that makes sense? Like I have a cold and am just feeling yuck (no cold though I don't believe even with a stuffy nose, aches and just overall blaaah feeling). Nausea on and off outside of motion sickness, I had cramping a couple of days following my O, instead of being off towards my ovaries like usual, it was focused on the center area and I've continued to have those light cramps. Very emotional, sore nipples and tender breasts, etc! This could all very well be AF on it's way though =/ AF is due to show the 3rd, will take a test on the 2nd (took one and it didn't even show the control box! go figure!)

Karen-- I remember my OB telling me that it usually takes a year of trying unsuccessfully before you should take a serious look into it medically. Obviously, that can vary based on the person's preference, etc but that is what I remember her saying. Hang in there, I am sprinkling baby dust your way!

Karen,  Probably too soon but it really depends on what you are seeing.  Is there something in your charting that makes you think there may be a problem?  really short LP, temp not really shifting up, etc?  Most MDs will test if you have a reason to be concerned, we have been trying for 9 months, after 7 talked to my MD about concerns and ended up finding out I have blood sugar issues, but I am obsessive about ruling things out.  I have heard the general rule of a year, but have also heard 6-8 months of charting without a BFP, because charting makes your BDing so much more accurate.  Sounds like you dont really have a reason to worry so hopefully charting will give the boost you need.  Good luck!

Hi folks. I am towards the end of my 2WW. I have a pretty regular 28 day cycle and according to past data FF put my projected O date at the 16th. But my temperature didn't go up until the 21st. If I O'd on the 21st, we totally missed the window. If somehow my temps were wrong, we got in three BDs within the window. First time in 8 months of trying! Either way, today is CD 28 and my temp was still high this morning, so my fingers are crossed.

Boobs are tender, I am hungry, and somehow I have a lot of energy. Trying not to obsess.

Today I started bleeding, at 9 dpo ? I'm not sure what to think to be honest, my period isn't due until the 3rd (Thurs). It isn't my usual period, it is more of a brownish red, no clots, no thick flow like usual and the cramps are rare, when they do occur it is very mild. I am usually one with horrid periods! Not sure if it is AF or implantation bleeding or what =/ 99.9% of the time, my period is on time also. Any thoughts? It isn't really spotting, it is a bit more than spotting but not my usual heavy flow and like I said, it is at 9 dpo.

Temp dropped yesterday. 8 day LP. Ugh. Going to the doctor next week, crossing my fingers.

Can I join? I'm 10 DPO today, and against my better judgement, decided to test. BFN greensad.gif. I'm not ruling it out yet, though. I didn't get the bop with ds until dpo 13 & it was faint at that. Debating whether to torture myself & test tomorrow with fmu. I'm sure it will be a game time decision. I really feel that I'm having a lot of symptoms. My temps are still up, but a little lower today - still above cover line.

Anyway, looking for support from other obsessed 2ww'ers! Good luck.

Joining in the fun here!  Been TTC for 4 months since miscarriage, and I got a super faint positive at 11 dpo Saturday!  I had a bunch of cramping yesterday, and I took another test this morning.  (I have actually been taking one every morning.)  It just doesn't look dark enough for 15 dpo for my comfort, but I'm trying to be positive.  My stomach has been in knots all day today.  I just can't shake the worrying, even though I do believe deep down everything will be okay.

I'm going to get quantitative hcg drawn tomorrow and again Friday to see if the numbers rise accordingly.

I'm also a teensy bit worried that my temps, although remaining high, seem to be star-stepping downward. Here is my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/57e9e

Here is my 15 dpo test.  It was my last test.  I've decided not to get anymore.  I'll see what my levels look like and try to keep calm until then!

I took the same test today & got nothing. I can definitely see the line on yours, so personally I would take that as a positive. But, I can also understand your hesitation on "trusting " it. I got a very faint positive on dpo 10, but haven't gotten anything since. My chart looks a lot like yours, although I'm on dpo 12. I didn't get my faint bfp with ds until dpo 14, so I'm still remaining optimistic! Hope your blood test confirm the positive. GOod luck!
