Do you have a favorite book on nursing and tending the sick? What about a favorite recipe book for convalescent cooking? Please share your picks, I'm looking to expand my home library which is heavy on remedies and light on the actual nursing aspect.

BTW, I don't mean a technical book for nurses (except maybe something like Florence Nightingale's manual), but something like Caring for the Sick at Home (which I personally don't like because of the focus on anthrophosophical medicine - but have still gleaned some valuable insights from it).
