Hello! I am an attatched mama of 2 beautiful 14 month olds. My daughter goes to sleep very well on her own and rarely nurses anymore, my son on the other hand will ONLY go to sleep if he sucks my finger. He started this when he was about 4 months old and its only gotten more frequent the older he gets. Ive never seen a child do this at this age. I thought by now he'd move on to sucking his own fingers. He nurses still about 2 times a day but I think he prefers my finger over nursing! Every nap time he wakes up 4-5 times and the only way he'll go back to sleep is with my finger! Then I have to sneak it out of his mouth verrrry slowly or he'll wake up. Any advise would be appreciated, especially if you have been through this! Thank you!!!
