School starts in exactly two weeks here, we're kind of ready and kind of not. I'll have a first grader and my little one is starting co-op preschool three mornings a week, I'll work every Friday morning at the preschool. Plus gymnastics for both kids, family swim, and soccer season starts for ds. Need to get better at meal planning to keep up with it all, I have seriously slipped this summer!
Plus, with rising food prices and growing bellies, I need to reevaluate my grocery budget...again.
I wasn't feeling well on Sunday, we had oven baked breaded fish, fries, coleslaw and cantaloupe.
Yesterday was ground turkey/sausage italian meatloaf in the CP, mashed potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts, broccoli and strawberries.
Tonight is steak and shrimp fajitas, red peppers and onions, black beans, flour and corn tortillas, shredded cabbage, chopped tomatoes and avocado, carrots and strawberries.
Also on the menu this week:
Teriyaki salmon, stir fried vegetables, quinoa
Salami and mushroom pizza for kiddos, sausage and veggie pizza on zucchini "crust"
Chicken cacciatore, pasta, zucchini noodles
Sticky asian chicken, broccoli, rice
Steaks, roasted sweet and red potatoes and brussels sprouts
