Using up milk weekly

We get a milk share of a gallon a week of farm fresh delicious raw milk. The problem is that we're not milk drinkers. I'm trying to wean DS to milk, but so far he's not interested. So I have an excess of milk to use up each week. Today i have most of a gallon still and i pick up again tonight. So what on earth can i do w a gallon of milk/week? We're not big yogurt eaters. Last week i made pudding w 1/2 a gallon, but we can only eat so much pudding.

Brilliant ideas?

Ice Cream

Custard/Pudding/Flan

Yogurt

Frozen Yogurt

Any "Cream of" kinds of soups or Chowders

Pancakes/Waffles/Crepes

Ricotta/Paneer/Other similar cheeses

Cajeta (do I have that right? it is supposed to be a Latin sweet made with milk and sugar)

Milkshakes/Smoothies

Rice Pudding

Alton Brown's Dulce de Leche

Anything with a bechemel sauce

Chocolate Sherbet

 

is this a regular supply of too much milk?  Is there anyone you know who would want it ( gift/trade/purchase)?
