Dinner ideas for 25 bucks or less??

I am stuck, I HAVE to run to the store to get something for dinner and I can't think of anything...

Whats your favorite recipe thats simple and inexpensive??

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes
Spaghetti & meatballs
Burgers and sw potato fries
Chili and cornbread

Pretty much any meal using ground meat and/or beans will be cheap depending on how many you're trying to feed.

A lot of the following involve only needing to pick up one or two extra ingredients for us:

tuna melt and/or chickpea-salad melt with oven fries

"nacho yummies" (tortillas topped with lots of can black beans, peppers, salsa, cheese, etc.  Huge pizza-size tray of it that we all share)

stir fry made with frozen veggie mix with rice, plus frozen egg rolls

fried egg sandwiches with cheese & spinach

cheesy omelets with (frozen) hash browns, big side of steamed broccoli

thanks for the ideas...I'm embarassed to say we are still sitting here at 5 wondering what the heck we will eat..

I really wanted black beans and rice, DH not at all so we are at a stalemate!
