Some states used to or may still require a rubella titres count or report along with the Wasserman test before a marriage license is issued. Women born since the 1970s and who are fully vaxed do not have the benefit of having had rubella on their own and acquiring lifelong natural immunity. I, as a person who did get natural immunity, do not have the opportunity to be exposed now and then to a natural case of measles, mumps, or rubella to perk up my immune system. This will become a concern in the coming decades.
To the OP, did the doctor at any time during your pregnancy tell you that your rubella titres were low? I know of a person who had a viral illness during her pregnancy and when she got her records, read that the illness was rubella, and the doctor never told her.
