I'm 11 weeks. I started having occasional twinges a few weeks ago, and started noticing some clicking feeling/sound whenever I would turn over in bed (moving legs separately). This reminds me of the last several weeks of my previous pregnancies. Walking flat and going up steps doesn't seem to hurt, but walking up a hill caused everything to feel uncomfortable. reading round the internet suggests SPD or PGP or whatever it's called.
ETA - I haven't exercised since the race, so I guess I'm hoping exercise will help?
Seriously, could I have this, THIS early? I haven't even gained any weight! I was running weekly up until about 7 weeks, then I ran a 5k race. This started about a week after that. Related? any hope it could improve?
If this is going to get worse the rest of the pregnancy, it totally sucks. I have steps to get to everywhere in the house, and steps just to get in the house. My husband's schedule means I am the only caregiver for the other two kids during the week, so it's not like I can just "rest" all the time.
Suggestions?
Carrie
