Accidental Pumping Exposure

The other day I was getting ready to pump at work, which I do in my cubicle with the entry way blocked with a very large poster.  For some reason, I started to put my hands-free pumping bra on while standing up (I always do it sitting down), and bared both breasts as I did so. I heard an odd noise and looked up to see one of my male co-workers walking into my husbands cube.  Since I coudl see his face, he could see mine, and possibly lower as well.  He was not looking at me, but the odd noise (sort of a strangled 'oh!') makes me think I gave him an accidental peek show.  I am extremely mortified, which is sort of funny since if I am nursing I don't care at all if someone gets a brief glimpse of a mammary.  But pumping feels different for some reason.  I havn't been able to decide whether it is better to know if I flashed him or not, or how to handle it in general. I suppose I should appologize, but I am afraid that bringing it up and having it confirmed might be more uncomfortable for both of us than just pretending it never happend.  Any advice out there?

Having pumped at work quite a bit let me just say that I feel for you!  Never had a similar incident but if I had I think I would absolutely ignore it...if he did peek, he didn't mean to, and probably feels embarassed...and if he didn't well then it would just be awkward....as time passes, I think it'll be forgotten....my two cents...hope this helps!

I think pumping IS diffierent. I could care less while nursing but pumping is oh so different. I won't let anyone watch me.

Just...go on. Nothing to be done. Sorry it happenend. Sometimes it does. I am sure he is even more embarrassed than you.

Someone just walked in on me pumping today! It was crazy embarrassing. I am like you--I don't mind whether someone sees my boob briefly when I'm nursing in public, but pumping is totally different!

I was pumping in the back east of my car this weekend, (a Honda Element), and I was just chilling in there listening to the radio, when I realized the car parked facing me had a man asleep in the back facing me. I don't think he saw me.

We were at an all weekend event at the County Fair grounds and I think he was just taking a nap so it wasn't totally weired that he was sleeping in the car, but I didn't expect there to be anyone in it!
