I can't find the thread but wanted to update...it worked!!!!  I put 1/2 clove peeled garlic in my vagina 6 nights prior to the test and got a negative!  I've been positive in both prior pregnancies so my midwife said they would just consider me positive, until I told her I was going to try the garlic protocol which she hadn't heard of before and was totally on board with, and it worked ahhh I'm so excited!!  I'm 37 weeks now and I'm going to continue to do the garlic every night, this wasn't just about beating the test for me, I found a natural way to keep GBS away woohoo!!

Congrats! I am totally trying that too, I was positive for both my previous pregnancies and got stuck with the IV of antibiotics. Is there a specific kind you need to use? Fresh or dried? Does it make a difference? Probably stupid questions, but just the thought of not having to do the antibiotics makes me giddy!

fresh!  I did find a brand that came pre-peeled, so I'm using that now, easy to just cut it in half.
