question about graphic birth pics in this forum

Thread Starter

I found my birth pics from my 4th baby (1st homebirth) where my mom took some real money shots.  (thanks mom!) haha and didn't know what the rules were for how graphic of pics we could post with out stories.  I mean, baby crowning with light meconium while midwife supports perinium, my 5 yr old cutting the cord, I think I have a semi-bare breast in another.  I actually have very few that are modest and know I myself enjoy the more raw real life ones that shows the real birth experience with all its messy glory but didn't know if that would be too much for here.  If it isnt allowed, what if I just put the links to the photos in the story instead of having them in the post itself?  Just didnt wanna violate any rules (or turn anyones stomach, haha).  Figured the mods would know.

You can absolutely link to the graphic photos, although I'd include a "not safe for work" disclaimer.  Not there's anything lewd about crowning (there's not), but on a societal level...  well you know.  But I know that it's fine to post the links at the very least.
