Wow. That's all I can say! I'll post the full story later but for mow here are the important parts: water broke @ 4am on Wednesday April 27 (42 weeks 2 days). Contractions started immediately and 7 mins apart, quickly jumped to 4 mins apart and by 5am were 2 mins apart. Got in the water to ease the pain and intensity and it felt much better. They slowed to about every 5 mins apart but were gaining intensity. MWs didn't think I'd go that quickly Since my other 2 labors were around 24 hrs long so they waited a bit to leave and then got stuck at a total standstill in traffic. Baby Jillian went from about an inch away from crowning to completely out in 45 mins. That entire time I never had more than a 10 second break between contractions. I pushed 4 or 5 times and she was out. One big push and her head and body all came out at once. It was the most INTENSE experience of my life. I was actually never scared or worried one bit. MWs arrived about 3 minutes after the birth. Jillian was doing great! We had some problems latching and she only actualy latched twice in the first 24 hrs but we finally got the hang of it and she's nursing NONSTOp now. Lol. It was the best experience EVER! So intense and painful but sooooo amazing. dH is awesome and was so supportive. Ok will post more later. Too busy enjoying this little sweetheart.

Stats: Jillian Mae, born 9:42am,after 5 hrs 42 mins of labor (total)
7 lbs 12.6 oz, 21.5 inches long, head 35cm
