Zicam Allergy Relief - okay when EBF?

Hi!  My allergies are KILLING me!  I just picked up some Zicam for allergies at the store but am a little apprehensive about using it.  I'm still exclusively bfing my 7 mo. old.  Any thoughts?

I don't know what Zicam is, but I do know that http://www.infantrisk.com/ have great info if you give them a call. They are Hale's organization and breastfeeding friendly.

Actually, I just found some helpful info on Kellymom which also had a link to that website.  It looks like it's okay.
