5/13 Garden burgers and raw veggies with dip. Homemade rolls.
5/14 BBQ chicken, potato salad, grilled corn on the cob- cookout with my parents. Yum!
5-10 stir fry
5-11 baked trout, mashed potato bake, veggies
5-12 sloppy joes, roasted potatoes, veggie hamburgers, chips, carrots
5-13 pizza for the boys, steak cookout for dh and I (we didn't end up cooking our steak, just had salad and bread)
5-14 dh and I snacked, the boys had corn dogs
5-15 steak, pasta, broccoli

5-16 dinner at my mom's
5-17 tuna melts, fries we ate out...boo. But its the first time in a solid month so it was ok

We're leaving to go camping tomorrow for the weekend and I know we'll eat out at least once on the way there or back.

5/22 Knockoff zupa toscana (provided kale is in stock again)
We really don't do big meals around here, it tends to be simple cooking these days. I'm finally ok with that, but I feel guilty when I see how many people do big multi dish elaborate meals. I just don't eat that much at a time and neither do the kids so it feels overwhelming and wasteful for our family.
