We're leaving to go camping tomorrow for the weekend and I know we'll eat out at least once on the way there or back.

5/18 Tuna Melts (betcha didn't see that one coming!)

5/19 Leftovers/raid the fridge for whatever was appealing

5/20 Cheese ravioli with marinara

5/21 Wilted spinach salad and homemade bread

5/22 Knockoff zupa toscana  (provided kale is in stock again)

We really don't do big meals around here, it tends to be simple cooking these days.  I'm finally ok with that, but I feel guilty when I see how many people do big multi dish elaborate meals.  I just don't eat that much at a time and neither do the kids so it feels overwhelming and wasteful for our family.
