Good Morning Everyone!!!
This is such a busy time of year - especially with school aged kids!
My goal is hit 1500 minutes. I say this every month and never achieve it. Funny thing is - I used to do 1500 minutes easy until I hit 41! Gosh! I need to step it up. I am learning though that I can stay fit and lean without killing myself - so I guess that is a plus....and really, how long it is cool for me to wear a bikini around my teenagers anyway.... LOL!
5/3 - 55 minute run
5/4 - 20 minute run
5/5 - 70 minute walk with friend
5/6 - 120 total - 30 minute run and 90 minute strength training
5/7 - 40 minute run during regional track meet
