We must be neighbors. They've been doing those tray liners for at least a few years. Did you know that vaccines are even administered at some of our local Mickey D's locations on a regular basis? Yum.

It's actually not McDs directly administering shots - one of the local nonprofit orgs (related to a health insurance company) administers the shots out in the McDs parking lot in their mobile van. All the paperwork is done inside in the play area though.
