Children's book about weaning?

My friend's ds is gradually weaning with her current pregnancy, and she'd like to find a children's book to read him.  Anyone know of anything I could get her?  Thanks!

The only two books I've found are both published by La Leche League. They are Maggie's Weaning and Michele the Nursing Toddler. I like the first much better than the second, but I'll warn you that it is black and white and relatively low production quality. Maggie's Weaning made me cry, but I'm a hormonal mess :)  My daughter likes Michele but the rhymes in it are really forced and make it kind of obnoxious to read. Michele is also a more general book about growing up and not explicitly about bf-ing/weaning. (It's not even clear whether Michelle's weaning is child-led/spontaneous or mother-led or possibly sometime in the future.) The girls in both books have younger siblings who nurse. I bought the books to help steer my tandem nursing 3 year old in the direction of "you know you MIGHT want to stop breastfeeding one day and other preschoolers do eventually stop," mostly because she doesn't know any other toddlers who nurse.

William and Martha Sears have done two nice picture books for children expecting a new sibling that my daughter loved way more than the weaning books, Baby on the Way and What Baby Needs. Both assume the older child is already weaned, but they do a nice job with preparing the child for how much newborns nurse and encourage discussion about all the great attachment parenting the older child got when s/he was a baby.

Hope that helps! All four books are available on Amazon. The weaning ones are also available directly through LLL and I've seen the Sears ones in large bookstores.
