In other news, I wonder how true that old wives tale of lots of heartburn=lots of hair is. This is my first child, so I have nothing to base it on, just what others say.
DDCC to say -- I have the SAME list of heartburn inducing foods! Bananas, bagels, and water are at the top of my list!! But I could devour spicy thai food, chips and salsa with no issues what so ever.
I've started taking 1 Pepcid an hour before dinner. It helps SO MUCH. Ive only just recently started feeling the burn in the daytime, usually it was just after dinner, so I'm trying to keep a record if there's any food that actually triggers it or if i'm just SOL. Feel better mama!!
I too think my kiddo is going to come out like a werewolf with how bad this heartburn is!! We shall see!!
