Early Chickenpox signs - opinions wanted

Right now a couple kids from my daughters class have the chickenpox... as well our neighbour who we see daily is just getting over a stomach flu.

Yesterday my daughter looked really really pale... but was acting fine.  I actually looked at her face to see if she had put powder on it.  Then last night she woke up and had, had a diarrhea accident in our bed. :(  This morning she is really pathetic... fever of 101.5, no more diarrhea so far, she says her head hurts and she feels "wobbly".

Any guesses on whether this could be early chickenpox signs or the stomach bug our neighbour had.

Thanks!

My fear is that it is the stomach bug, and once she is over that she is going to get the chickenpox.  UGH!

sounds like the stomach bug to me.

CP doesn't usually involve stomach issues. Its usually a fever sore throat and headache and then in a day or 2 the spots appear. The incubation period for CP is usually @ 2 weeks.
