Pain Days After An IUI?

This cycle I was on Clomid days 3-7. On day 10 I had an ultrasound which showed 3 follicles were present, 2 of them being a 24mm? The ultrasound lady said that was really good. On Saturday we had our IUI and my husbands count was 24million which they said was fantastic. Forgot to mention we did a trigger shot to induce ovulation before the IUI. They also sent me home with two more shots to take yesterday and this Friday- I *think* it is similar meds as what was in the trigger shot but honestly am not sure. Our Dr. said he highly suggests it to keep my levels up. Anyways last night I woke up in the worste. pain. ever! I was drenched in sweat, dizzy, nauseous, and my stomach felt like it was ripping apart. It lasted for 2 hours and just as we were about to go to the ER it stopped. Today it is tender but no where near as bad as it was last night. Is this normal? I am hesitant to call the Dr. because it is 3 hours away (one way) and I think they will just want me to come in and get checked out. Has anyone had this happen before?
