what to do with all the violets?

So we used some of the violets in our yard to decorate our daughter's birthday cake, and we used some to make violet jelly (our pictures here), but I'm wondering if any of you wise women have any other recipes or ideas for things we can do with all these lovely flowers before they are gone.
