18 week Ultrasound Boy Or Girl Confused

I had a ultrasound done.The tech said she was 97% positive bebe was a girl.She went back to look 20 minutes later,and said still looks the same.She said something about 3 lines?She had the radioligist check everything after,and was told everything looked good.

I personally have boys,and never really paid attention to ultrasounds that much.Persoanlly I am happy with a boy or girl.I just want to buy clothing that is onsale,and some vintage items.I have tried looking for gender equal clothing that I can't seem to find.

I will be calling my DR later to ask what he thinks lol.

I was told "3 lines" is a girl as well (the lines are from the skin folds of the labia- sort of like a hamburger).  I think a lot of time techs don't want to commit 100% unless they can see that penis and scrotum.  So you get a lot more positive answers when it's obviously a boy.  I think generally when sono techs are wrong the are usually wrong about girls.  So 97% with the 3 lines?  I'd say pretty likely the tech was right.

Yeah, 3 lines is supposed to be girl. I've never had a girl so can't say what's what with that. I can tell you that your pic doesn't look anything like my boys.

looks like a girl to me, the three lines are from the labia. some techs won't commit 100 percent to girl, even if it's obviously a girl
