Seasonal pollen allergies treatment for 4 yr old?

any recommendations?

DS (almost 4, 40 lbs) has just developed pollen allergies....a day I hoped would never come b/c I've suffered with my allergies since childhood.  I know of some natural treatments (like butterbur, nettles & quercetin) but aren't sure what's appropriate for a 4 yr old.  Also wondering if there are any pre-made products that I could get from the health food store.

He has very scratchy, sore eyes (he actually woke up crying in the middle of the night b/c his eyes hurt), a running nose & is very tired.
