Acupuncture for Morning Sickness?

Thread Starter

I am only 5 weeks and not yet experiencing full on morning sickness. However, it was bad enough with my daughter that I want to be ready should it hit. I have had acupuncture for many other issues (and respond very well to it) but I am curious if anyone here used it successfully for m/s.

Thanks mamas.

Yes, I have had several friends that said it worked like magic for them and I have been going for several weeks now with good results.  While it has not eliminated my m/s completely, it has reduced it and given me a little bit more energy.  I go twice a week.

YES...I don't know how I would have managed without it. Like Jaimee said, it takes the edge off. I then wore motion sickness bands as well. I went once a week.

My friend who is in her first trimester right now has also had good success with acupuncture for m/s. She feels dramatically better after the treatment, and has more energy.

Ditto.  I haven't had too much trouble with ms, but I was exhausted beyond all belief, and the acupuncture helped with that part.
