Does anyone know a good approach to get started on a real push for the state to end funding for RIC covered by Medicaid? I can't find anything very recent online, even at CO NoCirc (stuff there is from 2006)... is it hopeless?? Given the state's financial "state of affairs," seems like $1m could be significantly helpful.
