www.cookingtf.com. This is Kerry Ann's site. She has a menu mailer and cookbook collections that are gluten-free (though some recipes have OPTIONAL gluten sources, they all can be made gluten-free and casein-free too). I like her recipes because she doesn't just substitute $$$ almond flour and make it basically a "pretend you still eat wheat" diet, but really delicious meals that don't need that kind of thing. I have a grain-free cookbook that is centered around substitutions (much like soy is a vegetarian substitute), but Kerry Ann's recipes are just nourishing, delicious traditional food minus the gluten.

Is gluten the only thing you need to avoid?

We are BIG fans of the following:

King Arthur Flours/mixes-The pizza dough, the chocolate cake and the GF AP Flour blend is AWESOME!  They are also nut free and Top 8 free!

Mary's Gone Crackers

Applegate Farms lunch meat

Tinkyada Pastas- I think they are the best esp. for cold pasta salads

Trader Joes has a long list (and well marked shelves) of GF items.  We ge the organic rice pasta there.
