I recently purchased this, but then had regrets because it doesn't say organic.  It says

 Our desiccated liver comes from healthy young cattle grazing on the lush pastureland of Argentina without the use of hormones, pesticides or antibiotics. This is simply and purely all beef liver. Regularly tested to ensure that it is arsenic-free.
But I'm still a little nervous about it, since it's not 3-rd party tested or certified organic and it's from Argentina (don't know if that's a bad thing or not, just don't know much about pesticide use down there). Has anyone else used it?
