Heard Baby's Heartbeat

I had my first doctor appt yesterday. Heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time. Although it is my third baby, I still had tears in my eyes when I heard it. So reassuring! I like my doctor so much. He was my doctor for my first two pregnancies. When he walked into the room, he gave me a big hug and said, "Thank you for choosing me to once again go on this journey with you." It is so wonderful to find that kind of bedside matter.

Aw! That's great!! Glad you had such a nice appt! I agree--this is my 5th and I got all teary eyed when we heard the hb too! Good times :)

Awww! I love that! I have my doctor as my facebook friend. She's so wonderful and is always open to my ideas. She was my doctor for my first two as well and respected my trying to go as natural as possible. Glad you had a good appointment. :)
