GREEN POOP - chiro/dietician says T.E.D. not good during 6-9month period ???

We started dealing with the green mucousy (and blood in our case) poo around 2 months old. I did a TED and it was the best thing I ever did. It was very challenging but I was able to continue nursing her. She is 21 months now and we are still happily nursing. Still dealing with food allergy issues but I better know how to handle it now. I've never heard of that time frame being a bad time to do a TED, I'm not sure that's sound advice. We didn't even start solids until around 9 or 10 months so it was strictly me doing the diet up until then.

Are you nursing? Has your baby started solids? The most common culprits are dairy, soy, and gluten. Have you tried elimintating any of these yet? If I were you I would start with dairy and see how that goes. Then if you need to still eliminate more you could try the others. If you're still not seeing improvements after eliminating the top allergens then I would think about the TED. Hope this helps!

I'm sure there are many other mommies on this board who have been through the same thing also, ask whatever questions you need to and we will try our best to help!
