Local Car Seat Safety group not advocating ERF!

This is the local car seat safety group that offers car seat clinics etc. I am really disturbed that their website doesn't mention ERF and makes it seem as though one must turn a child FF once they reach the legal min for FF.

Don't you think this is strange? Should they be emailed?

ERF is the least of their problems. I just glanced through the website and it's not even up to date with the current TC standards. Definitely email them and tell them it's time for an update. I hope their certifications are current...

I don't think they have certification. What is TC?

We have these postcards in the post offices and dr's waiting rooms that are addressed to the police and have a form to fill out with license plate number, car make/model, etc that you can send in when you see someone being unsafe with a carseat. It is such a great idea and I hope it does a lot of good. The thing that makes me cringe though is the picture on the card- it is a child who looks to be 6-8 months old, facing forward in a car! I've often thought someone should send the card in reporting the baby on the front 2whistle.gif

Or add a caption "Have you seen this? Report it!"
