curriculum for 2 active boys

I homeschooled my dd for K and 1st, but she decided to try out PS this year, and will probably go next year. But my 6 yr old son, who loved public K, has asked to homeschool next year. If he stays home, we'll likely keep his 4 yr old brother home.   I need curriculum suggestions. They are bright, creative and very active, but we'll need something structured to keep on track. I would probably aim for DS1's level, and trim it down for DS2 so they can work together. Moving beyond the page looked promising for starters. Ideas?

I don't have a particular curriculum recommendation, but I can tell you when I homeschooled DS1 and his brother, the key was lots of regular activity--before during and after learning sessions.  So, at the time, we'd do a circle with marching and other active games, break for a walk, begin with Brain Gym exercises (google on Youtube), etc.  I don't think it's the particular curriculum, rather how you implement it.

The actual school work was probably only 1-1/2 hours max per day--so there was plenty of time for being active. :)

Check out the "Top 100 Picks" book for homeschooling.  There is a section for "Wiggly Willy" and curriculum choices that suit this type of child well.
