Cut and Seal sandwich recipes?

My mind is tired.  Anyone have good ideas for the Cut & Seal sandwhich?  So far my kid likes peanut butter and jam.  My next pick is ham.  She is picky so no cheese on that please.  I can not just give her those two things every other day.  And my other kid goes to day care were nut products are not aloud.

In case you do not know the cut and seal is a device that cuts all the crust off and seals ingredients in to make pretty little edge.  Not sure if I am aloud to say the name brand.

Hummus?

Tunafish?

Cucumber and a little cream cheese?

Egg salad?

Sprouts and almost anything?

You have so many options, almost anything can be a sandwich filling!
