I had a cyst rupture last Friday, during what I thought was my period. The flow was light and I didn't have any cramping apart from the rupture. Both unusual, I usually have a very heavy, crampy period.
Do you think this was my period? I took a HPT last Wednesday (day before AF was due) and it came up as a BFN.
