Constipation and Traditional Foods, please help!!!

I need help urgently. I am very constipated for a week. I started to change from a macrobiotic diet change to a traditional diet one year ago. I do not understand why I'm so constipated now, I have never been constipated before.
This is my diet:
Two weeks ago I started taking more raw milk, yogurt converted directly from raw milk.
Breakfast: take a yogurt smoothie, a tortilla ground rice with butter and two eggs.
Brunch: some kind of meat with vegetables and brown rice, cooked
Dinner: two big tortillas of cooked and mashed green banana (plantain) with cheese, raw milk or yogurt and some sourdough bread.

Before I was taking no cow milk at all, and I've eaten enough rice for a macrobiotic diet, but that did not take me constipated and tortillas of green banana are very common in our country, Ecuador. Well, even before I was doing more exercise than now that I have a child of two years and a half.

To see if it improves my gut I stopped eating brown rice tortillas, plantain tortillas, and I'm taking lots of yogurt with papaya. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and seems to be improving.

Thank you very much for your suggestions, they will be really helpful.

I think not enough green vegetables.  All in all this looks pretty low in fiber.  Seeds also tend to be high in fiber, at least my body acts like they are.  Ground flax seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds...of course  whether you eat any of those depends on what sort of traditional approach you favor.

Bananas and rice are both constipation offenders.  If you're having a hard time (no pun intended) I would cut those out.  Have you tried drinking a small glass of warm prune juice?  It tastes pretty desent and can do wonders.  You might need to drink more than that but I would start with just a little at a time.  Eating more fruit in general should help you though.

Besides yogurt, do you eat any ferments?  I struggled with constipation for a while, and it got much better adding kefir and kombucha.

what works for me these days is a bowl of "green soup" with a tablespoon of coconut oil in it.

this week I'm having green beans + spinach, last week I had leek + fennel + a very little spinach (I just boil the veggies in water and use my hand held blender, ) If I have coriander or other herbs I add them at the time I blend it, before I refrigerate it.

I make enough to last me for at least 4 days, I call it my "slow fast food".

one bowl of soup a day plus some stir fried veggetables at another meal & things get moving fine ...
