Yes, our cleaning lady changes sheets and folds clean laundry. A lifesaver. It also makes me keep up on the wash. I make sure it's all clean and in the hamper by Friday morning. She folds it all at one time! She also hand washes pots. I sometimes save them up for her.

We currently do not, but I am seriously considering it once I go back to work.  With 1 child, I was able to find time to clean, but with 2, not so much.  I also don't want to spend my weekends doing chores.

Yes. And I consider it crucial for my quality of life. We had help, then she fired me and we didn't and then we finally did again. As another friend who uses them put it - I don't pay them very much and they don't do a very good job. But it's enough. They do the floors and bathrooms basically. Mop kitchen floor, clean sink, vaccuum (much appreciated on the stairs) and clean the 1.5 bathrooms. My house is pretty cluttered so there isn't much else they can do. I pay $70 every other week. Two of them come for 1.5 - 2 hours. My house is about 1800 square feet. It's worth every penny!

Yes, and I love it.  LOVE IT.  Every two weeks and she does the basics.  

I actually like cleaning and housekeeping (but hate cooking - go figure) but I just don't have the time.  I'm a clean freak though.  So I keep things neat, the housekeeper cleans, and on alternate weekends I tackle one deep clean project.  

I'm considering going to every week.

Well, we hired someone to clean again and they start next week.  She has free-reign to do as much as she wants for the first visit (our house is pretty dirty right now) and we will figure out how many hours per visit, which will be every other week, she will be there going forward.  $15 per hour.
