Talc free baby powder is okay, right?

I bought baby powder for myself a while back cause it prevents razor bumps. When DD was born and too little for her CDs, I put her in Preemie Pampers and of course a rash followed. Cremes don't do much, but when I paired it with the powder it cleared up. I use now Weleda creme with the powder and her butt looks great. I always thought the talc powders are bad, but I bought a natural one, that's ok for the lungs right? Or not?

I have this stuff here:

I'm not sure on the safety of what you are currently using, but I use pure cornstarch which I've read is safest and I think, the most effective.

Oh and I read on a CD website that cornstarch can cause UTIs? The stuff I'm using is based on arrowroot powder and other herbal powders... This is so confusing.

I don't know about the powder, but is she still having rash issues? I think a lot of disposable-related rashes can be cleared up by switching brands or by more frequent changes.

She hasn't worn a sposie since her cord fell off and she gets changed every 90-120 minutes. DS got rashes too from his own poop. Poop is the problem, even when changed promptly, aggrevates their skin right away - luckily DD poops a whole lot less than DS so I only need the powder once a day.
