Cramping :( Suggestions or encouragement welcome.

I am 9.5 weeks pregnant with #2 and cramping a LOT.   I seem to remember a lot of cramping through about the 6th week with DS, but I don't recall having such intense cramping this far into things.  I have a subchorionic hematoma but we heard the baby's heart with doppler a couple of days ago.  This is probably the third day this week where I have had a full day of really intense cramping despite resting on my left side and drinking a lot of water.

Any suggestions or encouragement?  I could use some :(

I am fifteen weeks and have had cramping plus spotting and baby is fine so far.  Every pregnancy is different.  Hang in there and try not to worry.  You don't need to stress unless you see blood, and even then it might be okay.

APToddlerMama,

Hang in there, my sister had a lot of cramping in her pregnancy with her youngest boy - he's absolutely perfect.

Viburnum (cramp bark) is great for relaxing your uterus.... 15 drops tincture every 4-6 hours while cramping.

Best,

Hillary

Thank you both!  Where do I find cramp bark?

You can find cramp bark in tincture form in many health food stores with a decent HABA section. Look for it as Viburnum or Cramp Bark....if that fails, look online :)

Thank you.  I found out I can't take it because I have low blood pressure :(
